Hi Ed,

You had asked me about my experience with the video business cards that are produced by Vince Toepfer of Glacier Pass Ltd., and I am glad to pass along my thoughts on the cards.

Frankly, I absolutely hate getting my picture taken, or being in any video! Vince's attitude, however, made the whole experience a really pleasant one. He was thorough, thoughtful, and professional. His attention to detail was outstanding. I drafted my own message for the cards, and Vince then helped me in editing my message - his ideas were good, and his assistance helped me to make the message more concise. He planned the photo shoot around our schedules, and again, his assistance during the shoot was wonderful.

The best part of all, however, were the actual cards he produced. I have found them to be a great sales tool!

 I frequently talk to customers by phone and mail out loan or deposit packages. By including the video business cards, a prospective customer can see who they are dealing with, hear a message from our President & CEO, read up on the bank's history, and have all the contact information he or she needs. I have heard nothing but good comments from my customers.When I attend a loan closing and my customers are appreciative, I give them a couple of cards to pass on to their friends. And, I always carry a few cards with me, because I never know when I might meet someone who will ask about our bank. The cards are a unique item; not everyone has seen anything like them.

As I mentioned to you, I also keep a business card holder on my desk with a few of the video business cards -- if I do forget to give them out, I have had customers notice them and ask if they can have one.

Vince was helpful even after the production of the cards was complete. He met with Dennis and I after some time had gone by to hear about how we were using them, and to offer other new tips on usage. I don't know of many salespersons who offer this kind of attention after the sale!

Having the video business cards to use as a sales tool, and working with Vince on the whole project, has been a positive experience that I would highly recommend.  If you have any other questions, feel free to give me a call.

Premier Chiropractic Testimonial

It is our pleasure to write about our experience with Glacier Pass Consulting and the Video Business Card (VBC).

Before Vince contacted us about the VBC we were already considering doing something very similar through our Chiropractic Association. When we met with Vince, he showed us how the VBC could be a very effective part of our over all marketing program. He asked us why people should do business with us and not some other chiropractor. We answered the question easily and that became the basis of our video soundbite for the VBC.

Testimonials are one of the best ways to promote one’s business and we have hundreds of written testimonials but we thought that the VBC was a great medium for VIDEO testimonials. When we suggested this to Vince, he became exited about the potential of this idea. We scheduled the shoot right in our office. Vince made it a very pleasant and fun experience. Our VBC not only had our VIDEO soundbite, it also contained VIDEO soundbites from 5 of our patients attesting to the impact our services have had on their health and happiness. We also used this video on our website!

Vince stressed the potential return on investment in the VBC and he was right! Our first new patient from the VBC resulted in revenues equal to the total cost of the VBC production and the first order of cards! We still had almost 500 cards to distribute. The best part is, from now on, we will only pay for the cards we order. If we make no changes, there are no more production costs!

We are delighted with the responses from people who have received our cards. We are proud to hand our cards out to our potential patients as well as to other chiropractors at conventions and continuing education events.
