Glacier Pass Consulting (PlanToPlanWithVince.com) started helping us with our marketing late in 2008. I asked Vince to create a web site for our business the Elizabeth Welcome Inn. Soon I was hearing a great deal of feedback from customers and other restaurant owners about how great our website was. The website that Vince built for us is much better than a brochure, costs less and is easier to keep updated.
The two best marketing moves I have ever made were at the advice of Vince and Glacier Pass LTD. He urged us to have a presence on the World Wide Web and to initiate an Email marketing campaign. Compared to other forms of marketing I have found the costs of these programs to be minimal with the return being great.
While most of the restaurants, in our area as well as throughout the Nation, are feeling the impact of of our current market downturn, the Elizabeth Welcome Inn has experienced our best first quarter ever! Over this period, 90% of our marketing has been through the website and the Email campaign.
